ABOUT QUANG DINH VO, MD, CPI

Dr. Quang Dinh Vo is a board certified Internist and Rheumatologist.  He is also experienced in the practice of non-surgical aesthetic medicine since 2005, having worked alongside numerous cosmetic surgeons at numerous surgical facilities in the past.  He is well versed with non-surgical injectables and light-based therapies for skin rejuvenation. He is currently on staff at several hospitals in Southern California, practicing both inpatient and outpatient medicine, with extensive experience in treating the most acute medical conditions to the chronic illnesses.  He regularly volunteers at the UCLA-Olive View Medical Center Rheumatology clinic to help supervise fellows and residents who are in training and caring for the underserved.  He especially has a passion for caring for those who are facing end of life situations and who are home on hospices.  He is a member of the American Telemedicine Association and has a special interest in fostering the growth of telemedicine while serving as a medical consultant to various medical and state institutions.  He is also an active Research Investigator conducting various clinical drug trials ranging from cardiovascular to immunologic and infectious arenas.  At Focus Medical Group, along with Suguna Jaikumar R.N., Dr. Vo brings his expertise to spearhead the creation of an elite team of medical providers to meet the anticipated shortage of primary and specialty care providers within the Inland Empire in the coming years.  At the same time, he has a deep respect for the alternative and complementary therapies that can enhance one's sense of well being, including Aesthetic Medicine.

ABOUT SUGUNA JAIKUMAR, RN, MSN/ED, PHN, CMT

Suguna Jaikumar brings a wealth of practical expertise to Focus Medical Group, Inc. with over 13 years of experience. After becoming an R.N., Suguna received her Masters of Science Degree from California State University, Dominguez Hills as a Nurse Educator. She is also a California State Board certified Public Health Nurse. Suguna is well experienced as a nurse in intensive care, surgical, post anesthesia care, and within the gastro-intestine lab. She has over 10 years of surgical expertise within the fields of general, neuro, and cosmetic surgery.

Suguna has been a cosmetic consultant and has assisted in over 10,000+ cosmetic surgeries, as well as thousands of other general surgery procedures. She has decided that her expertise in cosmetic surgery and passion to help people look and feel their best would be best served in a medical spa environment, where she would be able to work under medical supervision administering non-invasive procedures and provide consulting and counseling in all elective procedures offered. Her charismatic and caring nature has increased Focus Medical Group, Inc. clientele from coast to coast since year 2007.

Suguna has been working with laser based medical systems for over  12 years. Her specialties are a combination of available treatments, including the newest techniques in photo facial rejuvenation, IPL (Intense Pulsed Light), and laser hair removal. She is specifically licensed to administer the following treatments: Thermage CPT, CO2 fractional skin resurfacing, Mesotherapy, Sclerotherapy varicose vein removal, Laser vein removal, and Aesthetic medical injections.
