WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPPERATION?
Monday to Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

DO YOU HAVE AFTER HOUR APPOINTMENTS?
Yes, we do have a few Practitioners who have chosen to work earlier or later. In the event you have an after hour appointment, please pre-pay. Sorry, we cannot permit anyone not receiving services after hours to wait in the reception area. For security, we must lock outside entry doors.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM GOING TO BE LATE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment. Your treatment will end on time so the next client will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be applied.
CAN I BRING MY CHILD?
No children are allowed in the spa unless service is being rendered to the child.
CAN I BRING A FRIEND TO WATCH ME HAVE SERVICES?
We cannot permit anyone to observe or be in the room with a friend or spouse while they receive services by our technician. The exception to this policy is a parent with his/her child, age 15 and under.
CAN I PURCHASE MED SPA PRODUCTS ONLINE?
For your convenience, we supply all products for purchase on our online catalog. Find it here.
MAY I RETURN PRODUCTS I HAVE PURCHASED?
No exchanges or refunds on products, except in the case of an adverse reaction to a product. Returns must be made within 1 week of purchase for full refund.
DO I TIP THE SERVICE PROVIDER?
Gratuities are not expected by our Practitioners, however, they are very much appreciated and at your discretion. We accept cash, personal check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover & American Express as payment for med spa transactions. 18% gratuity has been added to all signature packages. No gratuity has been added to individual services.
